90-Day Profitability Guarantee

The Coach guarantees that picks provided to the Student inside the Sports Empire program will achieve an overall profitable win-rate within the first ninety (90) calendar days from the Student's enrollment date (the "Guarantee Period"). A "profitable win-rate" means total net results of all picks provided during the Guarantee Period produce a positive net profit when followed exactly as instructed.

If the picks fail to achieve a profitable win-rate within the Guarantee Period and all eligibility requirements are satisfied, the Student is entitled to a full refund of the enrollment fee plus an additional Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00 USD) (the "Guarantee Payout").

If at any point during the Guarantee Period the picks achieve a profitable win-rate, the guarantee immediately becomes null, void, and permanently invalid.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Student must follow every pick posted during the Guarantee Period, placed exactly as provided, including bet type, odds, timing, and instructions.
  2. Student must not place, tail, or follow any betting activity outside of the picks provided by Sports Empire during the Guarantee Period.
  3. Student must keep complete, accurate, verifiable proof of compliance: betting logs, timestamps, wagering confirmations, and account statements, available on request.
  4. Any missed pick, altered wager, or partial compliance immediately disqualifies the Student.
  5. Student must submit a written request for the Guarantee Payout within seven (7) calendar days after the end of the Guarantee Period. Late requests forfeit the guarantee.

Additional Terms

This guarantee applies only to initial enrollment, is non-transferable, and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, bonuses, or promotional access. The Coach may verify all submitted documentation before issuing a refund or additional payment. This guarantee is the Student's sole and exclusive remedy related to program performance and profitability claims.
